20 years ago Chris Freer received a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, which was a huge shock.  His life went into freefall the full stop happened when he made an attempt to end his life. Since that day he has been working towards a better version of himself.  He has taken control of how MS affects his life.  He has astounded his doctors as he has progressed from being wheelchair bound to walking once again. Chris is passionate about helping others to take charge of their health and to make great choices to maximise great health.
